We are keeping a close watch on the Murrell Green masterplan proposal for up to 2160 new homes with provision of employment, local centre and community uses between Hartley Wintney and Hook and its possible knock-on effects for Yateley and Eversley. The sheer scale of this allocation threatens to significantly increase regional traffic, strain local services and add cumulative pressure to our surrounding countryside and transport corridors, especially Cricket Hill and Marsh Lane.
