A new pre-application has been filed for advice regarding up to 80 homes on Marsh Lane, Eversley. We are concerned about the risks it poses regarding flooding, highway capacity and broader environmental impacts on our delicate ecosystem, when combined with the other local development sites. The application can be viewed under ref. 26/01435/PREAPP.  No formal planning application is required and no public consultation has commenced.
