Our monthly meetings are held at the Yateley Red Cross headquarters, Monteagle Lane, Yateley, GU46 6LU, at 7.45pm on the fourth Thursday of each month. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. Refreshments are available for a small donation.

Annual general meeting
The AGM will take place on 28 February 2019 at 8pm in The Red Cross Centre, Monteagle Lane, Yateley. The agenda and previous minutes will be distributed w/c 28 January. We need at least twenty paid up members to be present to constitute a quorum.
We do hope to see as many of you there as possible, as it is a good opportunity to learn about what the Society has been up to this past year and to voice your opinion on any such matters you feel should be highlighted during the year ahead.
Eligibility to vote
Only paid-up members are entitled to vote in the election of Trustees (Executive Committee) and any resolutions.
Election of officers
Election of Officers (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer)
The offices of Vice Chairman and Secretary are vacant but the incumbent Chairman and Treasurer have both indicated their willingness to stand for office again, subject to election at the AGM. However anyone wishing to stand for one of the officer roles may do so, provided the Secretary receives a nomination in writing (email will suffice) by no later than 7th February 2018. Such nominations shall be supported by a seconder and the consent of the proposed nominee must have first been obtained.
Election of other Executive Committee members
Up to eight members may be elected annually at the AGM and the four outgoing members have all indicated their willingness to stand for re-election. Anyone else wishing to put themselves forward can do so at the AGM provided they are supported by a seconder.
