Meetings of The Yateley Society are held in the Rose Rent room on the ground floor of The Tythings, Reading Road, Yateley, GU46 7RP (Opposite the Council Offices). More information about The Tythings can be found on the Yateley Town Council site.

Equipment available
Should you wish to borrow our audio-visual equipment, please let us know. We have available a laptop and AV projector with screen. If you require any other equipment, we have access to resources. Just let us know what’s required.
Format of the evening
The building is normally opened at 7.45pm and we start our meetings at 8 pm with a short session on Society news and notices. The Meetings Chairman will then introduce you and invite you to speak.
We suggest that you plan for your presentation to be up to one hour in duration, then we break for refreshments. This is flexible though, and we are quite happy to be guided by your experience.
We aim to end by 10pm at the latest.
